Service learning had been a was a enriching and refreshing experience for me after being confined to studying in school. I had fun doing it, especially when it is for the needy. From packing the "Fun Packs" to selling them, it was all worth the time and effort as we managed to raise quite a sum. Although it is not much, it surprised me that such simple acts such as packing packs that just consist of Mamee, Oreo, jellies and other snacks could yield such a result. The most memorable fact was that there are so many people willing to fork out the money to support the cause despite it being a bit overpriced. It really showed that there are many people out there that are willing to help those in need without prompting. All in all, the Service Learning had reminded me that there are others in need and we should do to the best of our ability to help them.
